In the past few weeks we received numerous complaints about poor bandwidth in Dallas area (DAL1 and DAL2). Since issue is still ongoing, we have technicians onsite because Dallas is our prime location for both west coast and east coast customers (also EU and Asia).
Network issues are being caused by upstream provider in Dallas (Telia). So far we're unable to resolve issue within Data Center. However, we've already struck a deal with new upstream provider (GTT). It will provide pure 100 GigE connectivity and most importantly, direct peering with major internet backbones in US and EU/Asia to optimize routing.
Exact maintenance window for servers in Dallas will be posted soon.
We appreciate your patience.
