Occasionally, you may receive following error: "554 Your access to this mail system has been rejected due to the sending MTA's poor reputation." or "Your access to submit messages to this e-mail system has been rejected".
Most of our customers use in-house Mail Exchange IPs which are being shared across other users. When spam event occur on the server, many email users would be affected by either blacklist or low reputation score.
If you receive "bounce back" with errors 554, 550 etc, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we suspend offensive account on the shared server, reputation level or reputation score would improve automatically in about 3-7 days.
How to improve email deliverability or domain reputation.
1. Use correct SPF record within DNS.
2. DKIM keys must be set (again, within Web Hosting Manager DNS).
3. Publish DMARC record.
If you need any assistance with SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, please contact us for assistance.
