Update #1 15:47 EST 10/09/2019: MySQL issues have been resolved by cleaning /var partition (it contains data bases, logs, crash reports etc). Apparently, /var partition grew up to 100% (full) then automatically got stuck to prevent data loss. This issue has been resolved. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
Dear Customers,
We're are aware of MySQL issues on "tiger" server. We were unable to resolve original issue with server reboot. For some reason, MariaDB isn't running and might be corrupted. We'll update this article as soon as we get more information.
Thank you for your patience.
