Update #1: network issue was resolved on 12/08/2020 at 20:50 EST by BIOS update on the networking switch. Server was online all the time and accessible via local network.
As a precaution, we immediately moved weekly backups (12/05/2020) to offsite server. You should also check your own backups on local computer or cloud. You can generate them via cPanel > Backup at any time. Please do not keep backups on the server.

We're currently (12/08/2020 19:41 EST) experiencing network issues with one particular server: BEAR. We can reach it internally but cannot connect from the outside. As a result, server outage has been logged.
